All persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct on YouMoan were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created, as stated by the producers of the content.

Who produces the content

YouMoan does not produce any of the videos shown on this website. Every video was produced by a third party and first published by its producer on third-party platforms. YouMoan indexes these videos and makes them available for viewing; the producer or channel is shown on each video page where it is known.

Where the records are kept

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for each video are kept by the producer of that video. To find the custodian of records for a particular video, contact the producer through the official website linked on its channel page. If you cannot find the producer, send us the address of the video with the contact form and we will help you identify it.

Reporting

If you believe any video on YouMoan shows a person under 18 or a person who did not consent, report it right away with the contact form (topic "Report a video"). These reports are handled first, and a video can be taken offline while we review it.
